Farmington Man Arrested on Bench Warrant in Ontario County

Damian Smith, 30, was taken into custody at the D & D Motel, located at 4455 County Road 50, Room 15, around 8:46 a.m.

Ontario County Sheriff's deputies arrested a Farmington man on a bench warrant on February 4, 2025.

Damian Smith, 30, was taken into custody at the D & D Motel, located at 4455 County Road 50, Room 15, around 8:46 a.m. The arrest was made in connection with a warrant issued by the Ontario County Court on January 30, 2025.

Following his arrest, Smith was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he was held for arraignment. He is scheduled to return to Ontario County Court at a later date to address the charge related to the warrant.
