Elmira Man Arrested on Family Court Warrant in Ontario County

On February 10, 2025, Ontario County deputies arrested Wayne E. Miller, 42, of Elmira, NY, on an active arrest warrant issued by Ontario County Family Court. The arrest took place around 11:00 p.m. at 53 Water Street in Dundee.

Following the arrest, Miller was turned over to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office in connection with an incident that occurred in Elmira. He was subsequently transported to the Ontario County Jail.
