Elmira Heights Man Arrested on Drug Possession Warrant

Authorities apprehended Joseph L. Paul, 35, of Elmira Heights, on February 14, 2025, in connection with an outstanding arrest warrant related to drug charges.

Paul was wanted for Failing to Appear in Court on criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a charge issued by Horseheads Town Court on December 4, 2024. Following his arrest, he was arraigned and remanded to the Chemung County Jail in lieu of bail.
