The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office is inviting community members to an open house recruiting event aimed at individuals interested in careers in law enforcement and emergency dispatching. The event is scheduled for Monday, April 7, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Sheriff’s Office Training Building, located at 7445 County House Road in Auburn.
Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the facilities and engage with experienced personnel to learn more about careers as a Deputy Sheriff (Custody Division) or as a 911 Dispatcher. The event aims to provide insight into the responsibilities and requirements for these roles, as well as the benefits of working in public safety.
