A Canandaigua man was arrested on March 10 following a traffic stop that led to drug possession charges, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Gregory B. Sanna, 39, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after deputies allegedly found him in possession of cocaine. Authorities said the arrest stemmed from a prior traffic stop on October 19, 2024, when Sanna was pulled over for driving with a suspended vehicle registration.
During the roadside investigation, deputies reportedly discovered the substance, leading to the charge. Sanna was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
