Canandaigua Man Arrested on Drug Possession Charges Following Traffic Stop in Farmington
A Canandaigua man was arrested early Saturday morning after a traffic stop led to the discovery of controlled substances, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies reported that 53-year-old Peter Bonacci was pulled over on State Route 332 in the Town of Farmington around 12:57 a.m. on March 30 for a traffic law violation. During the stop, authorities said they found Bonacci in possession of cocaine and fentanyl.
He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth and seventh degrees. Bonacci was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment.
