Canandaigua Man Arrested for Criminal Mischief Following Hopewell Larceny Report

60-year-old Michael K. Struble Sr., a resident of Canandaigua, was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

Deputies responded to a reported larceny at Cedar Lodge on County Road 50 in the Town of Hopewell on Tuesday afternoon, leading to the arrest of a Canandaigua man.

According to law enforcement officials, deputies arrived at the scene around 12:24 p.m. on January 23 and conducted an investigation. As a result, 60-year-old Michael K. Struble Sr., a resident of Canandaigua, was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

Authorities did not provide additional details regarding the nature of the incident or the specific allegations against Struble. However, he was issued an appearance ticket for Hopewell Town Court, where he is expected to respond to the charge.
