Canandaigua Man Arrested for Criminal Mischief Following Hopewell Larceny Report
60-year-old Michael K. Struble Sr., a resident of Canandaigua, was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
Deputies responded to a reported larceny at Cedar Lodge on County Road 50 in the Town of Hopewell on Tuesday afternoon, leading to the arrest of a Canandaigua man.
According to law enforcement officials, deputies arrived at the scene around 12:24 p.m. on January 23 and conducted an investigation. As a result, 60-year-old Michael K. Struble Sr., a resident of Canandaigua, was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
