Canandaigua Man Accused of Inappropriate Conduct with Juvenile in Video Recorded in Wayne County

Authorities allege that Devin M. Shaw kissed and inappropriately touched a juvenile female while another juvenile recorded the incident on video.

According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, a Canandaigua man has been arrested following an investigation into alleged misconduct involving juvenile females. The incidents are said to have taken place in September of 2023.

Authorities allege that Devin M. Shaw, 20, of Canandaigua, kissed and inappropriately touched a juvenile female while another juvenile recorded the incident on video. Shaw has been arrested and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Shaw remains in law enforcement custody at the Wayne County Jail and is scheduled to be arraigned tonight, January 15, at 7:00 p.m.
