Brockport Woman Charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation Following Crash in Geneva
A Brockport woman faces charges after allegedly leaving the scene of a property damage accident in Ontario County.
On March 6 at approximately 4:17 p.m., Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on State Route 5 & 20 in the town of Geneva. Authorities identified one of the drivers involved as Summer L. Brink, 45, of Brockport.
During their investigation, deputies determined that Brink had left the scene of the accident. Further inquiry revealed that her driving privileges in New York State were suspended, with records showing a total of 18 suspensions on separate dates. Officials also noted that Brink had failed to address seven prior traffic tickets.
As a result, Brink was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. She is expected to answer the charges at a later date in Geneva Town Court.
The case was investigated by the Ontario County Sheriff's Office.
