Brockport Man Arrested on Active Warrant in Ontario County

The Ontario County Sheriff's Office took a Brockport man into custody on an active bench warrant related to vehicle violations.

David C. Wright, 44, was arrested on February 28, 2025 at 4:39 p.m. at the Monroe County Jail on a warrant issued by the Victor Town Court. The warrant was for charges of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

Authorities transported Wright to the Ontario County Jail, where he appeared in CAP (Centralized Arraignment Part) court. He was later released on his own recognizance.

Further court proceedings regarding the case are expected.
