Digital health company Behavidence has introduced a new version of its consumer app aimed at helping users track their mental wellness while reducing stigma and promoting resilience. The app offers an interactive approach to self-monitoring, allowing users to set personal goals, identify emotional patterns, and share their progress with others.
The app is designed to provide a balance between clinical care and self-management, catering to individuals who want a proactive and engaging way to manage their mental well-being. Unlike traditional mental health apps that focus primarily on symptom tracking, Behavidence emphasizes resilience-building and self-awareness.
The updated app includes several key features:
Personalized Goal Setting – Users can track mood, stress, worry, and focus through customized goals.
Sharing Options – Users have the choice to share wellness scores with therapists, family, or friends to foster support and accountability.
Resilience Cam – A visual tracking tool that allows users to document moments connected to emotional trends, helping them recognize patterns and triggers.
The launch comes as pharmaceutical companies continue expanding their focus on digital mental health solutions. Companies such as Janssen Neuroscience, Otsuka, and Lundbeck have been incorporating digital tools to complement psychiatric treatments. The Behavidence app aligns with this trend by providing users with a non-pharmacological method to track and engage with their mental wellness.
“Pharma companies working on CNS treatments understand that engagement and real-world monitoring are key to better outcomes,” said Roy Cohen, CEO and Co-Founder of Behavidence. “This app provides a bridge between clinical care and self-management, creating a space where users feel empowered, not pathologized.”
A key goal of the app is to normalize mental wellness tracking. By integrating gamification and personal growth elements, Behavidence hopes to make mental health management as routine as fitness or sleep tracking.
The updated app is now available for download on iOS and Android.
