A 21-year-old Auburn man is facing charges after being arrested for driving while intoxicated during the early morning hours of March 28 in the Town of Tyre.
According to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, deputies stopped a vehicle as part of an ongoing investigation around 2:17 a.m. During the stop, the driver, identified as Maxwell Balogh, was taken into custody on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Balogh was released at the scene with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Tyre Town Court on April 22 to respond to the charges.
