A 36-year-old Auburn man was arrested early Tuesday morning for allegedly driving while impaired by drugs, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Tim Thompson reported that deputies stopped Christian Rovou around 12:45 a.m. on February 5 in the Town of Junius. Following an investigation, authorities determined that Rovou was impaired and took him into custody.
Rovou was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Junius Town Court on March 18 to respond to the charge.
