72-Year-Old Williamson Man Arrested Following Dispute with Neighbor
Raymond D. Caccamis of Ridge Road was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment in connection with an incident that allegedly took place on February 3.
A 72-year-old Williamson man was arrested on February 9, 2025, following an altercation with a neighbor earlier in the month.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Raymond D. Caccamis of Ridge Road was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment in connection with an incident that allegedly took place on February 3.
The arrest followed a confrontation in which Caccamis is accused of verbally engaging with his neighbor regarding the pouring of hot water on exterior stairs. Authorities allege that during the exchange, Caccamis approached the neighbor from behind, wrapped his arms around the individual’s neck, and applied pressure.
Caccamis was taken into custody and transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing. He was then transferred to the Wayne County Jail, where he awaited centralized arraignment. He has since been released.
